The color looked really close to what I saw online, which was a nice surprise. If you’re trying to match something or just want a good idea of the shade before ordering, I’d say the photos are reliable.

It showed up on time which I appreciated, the box was a little beat up when it got here but nothing seemed damaged so overall the shipping was reliable.

I bought a cozey sofa because I’d heard good things about the brand and wanted to like it. At first it looked great and felt like a solid choice for everyday use, but after just a few months the cushions started sagging badly and the fabric got loose in a few spots.
We’re not hard on our furniture, so it was frustrating to see it wear out that quickly. I still like the idea of cozey and part of me wants to give them another chance, but this sofa feels kind of cheap now and I’d have a hard time buying from them again.

This ended up being just the right size for my small living room. It fits nicely without making the space feel crowded, and it’s comfortable to sit on too. I don’t have any complaints, I'm really happy with it and would definitely say it was a good buy...

Just putting this out there for anyone on the fence about ordering from Cozey: I got a couch from them and the quality surprised me. The fabric feels really nice, the cushions are firm but still comfortable, and it doesn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel at all.
Setup was easy too, but the bigger thing is that it still feels solid after daily use. No weird sagging, no loose pieces, nothing that’s made me regret it so far. If you’re worried about the quality, I’d say my experience has been really positive.
